How did it end up ?

Seeing Cheyann here it's hard to believe that she only had about eight months left. She was so positive and happy, even when the cancer came back so sad she was such a sweetheart of a person.

Also, your CA-125 doesn't always tell you. No blood work is %100. My doctor said just because that's normal or even out of wack doesn't mean you have or don't have cancer. The only way to tell is to take out the cyst or tumor and they send it to a lab. That's it. Those kinds of texts give then an idea vut if you're in the early stages (which we want) then it doesn't show up un on a ultrasound. Yes a ultrasound will show it. Not always a MRI or CT or even Blood work

Soooo this is NO LONGER UNCOMMON!not yelling at you honey. But these doctors will put into your head that it's uncommon. For some reason this cancer is on the rise in young women.

I have all of the 8 symtoms 😢 called the doctor's but since I'm only 36 and healthy they don't even let me come for a check. I'm gonna be persistant until they let me come!

I Ultrasounds are what every women need every year for themselves. Doctors discourage these check ups… which is why women suffer. You really do have to educate yourself…. Doctors don’t help you….. Ladies, please get yearly ultrasounds.

Yes ask your doctor to document them not giving you a CT scan while you’re in the office say please document the fact that you’re not giving me a CT scan on this date andsure enough they probably will give you a CT scan I think you need to think of the worst diagnosis and then work down from there like do the scans first looking for a cancer and then start ruling things out after that

What can I say? Feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I used what discussed the other day, well, it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish. I just go’ogled Tilly Strankten's Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.

None of us know until we are far along. The worst part is that doctors don’t know the symptoms either. I told both my GP and GI doctor but they didn’t have a clue. I wasn’t diagnosed until I was at stage 4b. The only thing that keeps you alive at this point is chemo, surgery, chemo again and then you are put on chemo pills and Avastin a protein which puts up a kind of wall inside. You are basically kept alive on medication because ovarian cancer is a very progressive disease. It can come back quickly even after they see nothing on the CT scan.
